This cheesecake has a personality all its own. Our White Chocolate Limoncello Grand Marnier Cheesecake starts with a bold, rustic foundation, chunky Anise-Almond biscotti scattered with roasted pine nuts.
Then comes the heart of the dessert: our White Chocolate Alaska Silk Limoncello cheesecake batter, baked low and slow the way only we do it.
After it cools, we dress it with a layer of our White Chocolate Grand Marnier Alaska Silk, letting the citrus liqueurs play off each other in the most elegant way.
A snowfall of house-made white chocolate shavings finishes the top.
It’s bright, boozy, silky, and absolutely unforgettable. This happens to be my sister Nancy’s all time favorite!
