Our Caramel Bourbon Pecan has a glamorous past, it spent years as a Neiman Marcus signature before returning home to us, where it’s once again exclusively Alaska Silk.
It starts with a roasted pecan and caramel crust, the kind that smells like a holiday kitchen. Then comes the center: our White Chocolate Caramel Alaska Silk mousse, laced with crisscross ribbons of Yukon Jackson’s artisan caramel.
On top, we add our trademarked White Chocolate Bourbon Alaska Silk — smooth, warm, and unmistakably bourbon. A final swirl of Yukon Jackson’s caramel finishes the piece.
