We alternate our house-made ganache with our trademarked Dark Chocolate Alaska Silk, building six layers of pure chocolate intensity. Three silky Alaska Silk layers, three glossy ganache layers, stacked like a monument to chocolate itself.
Add a touch of raspberry sauce and suddenly the whole dessert sings, the acidity lifts the chocolate and makes every bite even better.
