Description
This dessert is for the true chocolate faithful, the ones who believe there’s no such thing as “too much chocolate.”
We start with a chocolate cookie crust bound with our house-made ganache, dark and glossy. Inside sits a cloud of chocolate mousse, wrapped at the base with a ribbon of ganache for that extra hit of intensity.
Then we enrobe the entire mousse in our trademarked Dark Chocolate Alaska Silk, smooth, deep, and unmistakably ours.
A final sweep of ganache goes over the top, finished with chocolate curls that make the whole dessert look like a celebration of chocolate itself.
