This dessert is for the true chocolate faithful, the ones who believe there’s no such thing as “too much chocolate.” That would be our owner Phyllis, this is one of her favorites!
We start with a chocolate cookie crust bound with our house-made ganache, dark and glossy. Inside sits a cloud of chocolate mousse, wrapped at the base with a ribbon of ganache for that extra hit of intensity.
Then we enrobe the entire mousse in our trademarked Dark Chocolate Alaska Silk, smooth, deep, and unmistakably ours.
A final sweep of ganache goes over the top, finished with chocolate curls that make the whole dessert look like a celebration of chocolate itself.
