Fall starts the moment the apples arrive, and this dessert is our celebration of that moment.
We take roasted pecans and bake them into caramel until they form a crunchy, buttery base. Then comes our White Chocolate Spiced Alaska Silk, smooth and warm with traditional apple pie spices.
On top, we pile marinated Granny Smith apples, soaked in cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, all the cozy flavors that make apple pie smell like home.
And then we finish it with a generous drizzle of Yukon Jackson’s artisan caramel.
It’s crisp, warm, spiced, and you absolutely fall in every bite.
