Description

Gusto di Limone earns its name. We start with a polenta-almond flour cake scented with Meyer lemons, but we build it upside down, literally.

Brown sugar, butter, and Meyer lemon slices melt together at the bottom of the pan, creating a caramelized citrus layer that perfumes the entire cake.

After baking and cooling, we crown it with our trademarked Alaska Silk White Chocolate Lemon Cream, giving it that unmistakable Alaska Silk finish.
