This dessert has a story. We created our Hot Fudge Sundae exclusively for the Nordstrom cafés, but one regional manager decided it didn’t look “hand-made” enough and pulled it from the menu. That moment changed everything, suddenly we were free to sell it to our distributor, and it skyrocketed into the best-selling dessert we’ve ever made.
It starts with our gluten-free truffle cake, dense and decadent, layered with our trademarked Alaska Silk Dark Chocolate. Then comes a soft, creamy layer of Alaska Silk White Chocolate Vanilla Mousse.
We scatter truffle-cake chunks over the top and finish the whole piece with a glossy sweep of our house-made ganache.
