Description
We start with our chunky almond-anise biscotti, rustic, fragrant, and proudly gluten-free. We then veil it in a whisper-thin layer of our trademarked Alaska Silk Dark Chocolate Espresso. It’s bold, it’s grownup, and it’s absolutely for the coffee faithful.
Next comes a soft layer of our Alaska Silk Marsala White Chocolate, topped with shortbread crumbs we soak in brandy and espresso until they turn into tiny flavor bombs.
A final cloud of Marsala Alaska Silk mousse settles over the top, finished with chocolate shavings that crackle gently as you take your first bite.
